Award-Winning Art Teacher Presents at Experiential Learning Conference

When you think about education, do you think about storytelling? Award-winning art teacher, Amy Migliore, certainly does and was recently invited to be a panelist at the Enso Education Institute to talk about experiential learning at a conference in Florida.
In November, the Pennsylvania Art Education Association named Migliore Outstanding Secondary Art Educator of the year.
For the conference, Migliore presented about how to immerse students in a learning environment where they learn by doing and creating.
A former Disney Imagineer, Brian Collins, gave participants a guided tour through  Disney's new Star Wars Galaxy's Edge experience. The goal of the conference was to teach educators how to create an educational environment where they combine Experience Based Learning with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
